I started Yamya.Photos with the goal of making photography more accessible, personal, and meaningful. I believe that everyone deserves to have their milestones celebrated and captured in a way that feels authentic to them!

As a student at the University at Albany, many of the moments I photograph are ones I’ve experienced myself — graduation, leadership roles, student organizations, and the excitement of reaching new milestones. That’s why I approach every session with the intention of creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment where clients can truly be themselves.

My style focuses on vibrant colors, natural lighting, and minimal editing to create images that feel timeless and genuine. Whether you’re celebrating graduation, updating your headshots, or capturing a special event, my goal is to help you feel confident, celebrated, and seen.
